Refund & Return Policy

At RealFUEL+, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with Singapore consumer protection laws.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
You are entitled to request a return or refund under the following conditions:
• Defective or faulty products: If an item you purchased is defective, damaged, or does not conform to its description, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Lemon Law in Singapore (within 6 months of purchase, unless we can prove the item was not defective at delivery).
• Incorrect items: If we delivered the wrong product, we will arrange for an exchange or refund at no additional cost.
• Expired or unsafe consumables: For food, supplements, or consumables that arrive past expiry or compromised in quality, please contact us immediately.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or incorrect:
• Opened or partially consumed food, supplements, and consumables
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or storage not in line with product instructions
• Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or marked as non-refundable
3. Return & Refund Process
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@realfuelplus.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photo evidence (if applicable).
2. Our team will assess your request in line with Singapore’s Lemon Law and consumer protection guidelines.
3. If approved, we will arrange one of the following:
• Repair or replacement (preferred remedy)
• Refund to your original payment method if repair/replacement is not possible
Please note that under Singapore’s Lemon Law, consumers first request repair or replacement. Refunds are applicable if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.
4. Refund Timeline
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
• Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
• If the return is due to our error (defective, incorrect, expired product), we will cover all return shipping costs.
• For non-defective returns (if accepted at our discretion), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
6. International Orders
For overseas customers, eligibility for returns and refunds is the same, but shipping times and costs may vary. Customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
